- During the 1800's Judge Isaac Parker of Ft. Smith, Arkansas dealt out swift justice to horse rustlers and cattle thieves. His gallows were located right outside the courthouse. He would have strung up all these BLM Gov't bureaucrats forthwith and that would take care of the problem.
